This site is small and so is what it collects. Here is all of it.
What we collect, and why
- Contact form - your name, email address and message. Used to reply to you. Stored on our own server for as long as the correspondence is open.
- Chat assistant - the messages you type are stored so a human can read what the assistant told you, and any contact details you volunteer in the chat are kept with them. The assistant is an AI: your messages are sent to Anthropic's API to generate the answer, under Anthropic's commercial terms, which do not permit training on that data.
- Page views - a count of which pages are opened, for our own curiosity. No advertising identifiers, no tracking across other sites.
- Your preference for light or dark mode - kept in your own browser's local storage, never sent to us.
What we do not do
- No advertising or analytics cookies. No third-party trackers.
- We do not sell, rent or share personal data with anyone, other than the processors named here.
Processors
- Cloudflare delivers the site and sees your IP address in doing so, as any content network does.
- Anthropic generates the chat assistant's answers from the messages you send it.
- Google (Gmail) carries the email we send in reply to a contact-form message.
Everything else runs on hardware we own, in Florida, USA. If you are in the EU or UK, that means your data is transferred to the United States when you use the form or the chat.
Your rights
Ask and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it - the form messages, the chat transcripts, all of it. Write to [email protected]. EU and UK visitors also have the right to complain to their data-protection authority.
Children
This site is for businesses and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it. No silent edits.
